Just wanted to let you know that we so enjoyed our rehearsal dinner at your restaurant on July 15th! My apologies for giving you such short notice. I was so consumed by all the details of the wedding that I totally forgot to call for a reservation until that afternoon. Thanks so much for accepting our reservation for 25ish diners with just a few hours of preparation. We had sent invitations for our guests to arrive at Siips for a 5:30 dinner so thanks for saving me from an embarrassing situation! Considering we are from Northern Virginia and had never dined at your restaurant, we realize now we could not have made a better choice. We had stopped by earlier and loved the décor and ambiance of your champagne and wine bar and during the rehearsal dinner, our guests seemed to have the same appreciation - one of our guests from New York could not stop taking photos of others in front of the classy, colorful art on the walls! We knew our family and bridal party would enjoy the atmosphere of the downtown mall and your restaurant, but we were so pleased with the great service and the delicious food that was presented so well. Of course, the plentiful appetizers and entrees paired well with the good choices of wine and beer! We (local Virginians, our son-in-law's family from Ireland and a bridesmaid from Australia) all enjoyed our time spent at Siips - thanks so much George!
